D.I Arabi is an epitome of humility and selfless servant. A shining star among his peer with task records. The course of human history is forever adorned with individual ability to rise above their peers, overcome limitation and reach the peak of his chosen career. With a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Administration from Ahmadu Bello University, Post Graduate Diploma in Management, Master of Science Degree in Business Administration from Usman Dan Fodio University, Sokoto respectively. Also an Executive Education from Harvard Kennedy School. He is a fellow of Institute of Corporate Administrators, Fellow Institute of Information Managers and Full Member CIPM. Mr. Arabi rose through the rank and file to become Director- General of Bureau of Public Service Reforms. His distinguished characteristic and unquestionable professional competence earned him confirmation as the Director-General. In 2019 he was awarded Public Service of the year by Bussinesday Media. Mr. Arabi, an administrative surgeon with a touch of class. A study in leadership studies. A man whose achievements have made him taller than his height. He has attended various training programme both at home and abroad such as modernizing the public service, Benchmarking and managing performance, policy analysis and policy implementation, leading a perfect team, Modern trends on Human Resource Management, Developing Critical Thinking Skills, Strategic Human Resource management (Master Class), Media and Information Literacy
