The Bureau of Public Service Reform (BPSR) is an agency under the Presidency with the mandate to initiate, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate the implementation of reform programs and policies. It also conducts research on these efforts and presents best practice models for ministries, parastatals, and government agencies.
The BPSR was established in 2004 to support public service reforms in Nigeria by offering guidance, expertise, and coordination among government Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs).
