Dr D.I Arabis vision for the Bureau is to transform the Nigerian public service into an institution of global excellence, fostering transparency, accountability, and efficiency in public administration.
Mr. Arabi is a licensed Human Resource Practitioner (MCIPM) and a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Administration of Nigeria (FICD). He has attended numerous training programs on modernizing public services, benchmarking performance, and strategic human resource management. He is also a member of several professional bodies, including the Nigeria Institute of Management and the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management.
Mr. D. I. Arabi is the Director-General of the Bureau of Public Service Reforms (BPSR) and a seasoned public service professional with extensive experience in human resource management, policy analysis, and public sector reform. He holds a B.A. (Hons) from Ahmadu Bello University, a Postgraduate Diploma, and an M.Sc. in Business Administration from Usman Dan Fodio University, Sokoto, and has completed executive education at Harvard Kennedy School.
