The Ag. Director-General of Bureau of Public Service Reform (BPSR), Mr. D. I. Arabi has commended the management of Budget and National Planning for driving the change matrix of the Federal Government through its Capacity Building Process among the staff of the Ministry. The Training is to restore the value of governance and adopt the best practice of doing business for the greater benefit of all and sundry.

Mr. Arabi who was represented by the Head of Strategic Communication Department of the Bureau stated this at the Training Workshop with the theme, “Change Management” organized by the Reform Coordination and Service improvement Department of the Ministry of Budget and National Planning. The Ag. D-G noted that the Reform Coordination and Service Improvement Department of the Ministry is in the lead among all the Ministry Departments and Agency (MDAs) in implementing Reform programme activities and carrying out the mandate of BPSR. He thanks the Minister, Permanent Secretary and the entire management staff of the Ministry for their support and encouragement to the Department.
He enjoined Reform Coordination and Service Improvement Departments in other MDAs to emulate the good and excellent work being done at Budget and National Planning so that collectively we will all transform the Public Service to a greater and lofty height.
