Mrs. Awojobi Jelilat Motunrayo
Head, Finance & Accounts
Mrs. Awojobi Jelilat Motunrayo is a native of Ibadan North LGA of Oyo State and was born on 10th May, 1969.
She holds HND Degree (Upper Credit) in Accounting from Yaba College of Technology in 1989 and MBA from University of Abuja in 2017.
She is a Chattered Accountant and also holds ACIT in Tax Administration. She started her career in the Federal Civil Service in 2005 and rose through the rank to become Assistant Director in 2019.
She has attended so many courses within and outside Nigeria.
She is currently Head, Finance and Accounts Department of the Bureau of Public Service Reforms.
She is happily married with children and enjoys reading.

Mr. Opara Charles Chikaodi
Head, Reform Coordination
Mr Opara Charles Chikaodi was born on 6th of March, 1971. He is an indegene Aboh Mbaise in Imo State. He bagged B.sc in Government and Public Administration from Imo State University (IMSU).
He began his career in the Federal Civil Service as an Administrative Officer II with effect from 27th Nov. 2000 and was first deployed to Planning, Research and Statics Department, Fed. Ministry of Agric and Rural Dev. Mr C.C. Opara is a good team player and thourough bred, intelliegent and versatile Civil Servant with a deep knowledge of mainstream Federal Civil Service.
He rose through the rank to become Assistant Director in 2018 and has served at various positions in different MDAs such as OSGF (General Services Office) Defence , Joint Service's Department (JSD) etc. He has attended several seminars/ conferences , workshops both local and international.
He was deployed to the Bureau in 2019 and has headed Corporate Services between 2019 and 202. He Currently the Head of Reform Coordination Department.
He is happily married with children.

Okon Mercy Iquo
Head, Strategy, Innovation & Research
Okon Mercy Iquo is a vibrant resourceful and experienced civil servant. She is a native of Idebe in Odukpani LGA of Cross River State. She was born on 26th October, 1964 and attended Holy Child College, Ikoyi Lagos for her secondary school in 1981. She obtained B.A. (Hons) in History from University of Maiduguri in 1985 and M.Sc. International Relation in 1989.
She started her career in the Federal Civil Service as Personnel Officer II, SGL. 08 in 1991 and has enjoyed career progression to the post of Deputy Director in 2019. She has worked in several Ministries, until her posting to the Bureau of Public Service Reforms, where she currently heads the Strategy, Innovation and Research Department.
Okon Mercy has cut a lot of skills in project planning, knowledge management & development, organisational leadership and knowledge, project management and many more. She has attended several attended several capacity building programmes, seminars and conferences within and outside the country, one of such was Nigeria-China Bilateral Trade Relations Course in China.

Sani Mohammed Barade
Head, Strategic Communications
Sani Mohammed Barade had his elementary education between 1970 -1976 from Waziri Ward Primary School, Sokoto. He proceeded to Government Secondary School, Tangaza for his secondary education, where he obtained West African Certificate in 1981. He also attended College of Arts & Science Sokoto from 1982-1985. He holds Bachelor of Arts, (B.A (Hons)) in History from University of Sokoto in 1988. He started his in the Civil Service on 9th April, 1992 as Information Officer II and having brilliantly rose through the ladder attained the Post of Deputy Director in 2018. He currently Heads the Department of Strategic Communications of the Bureau of Public Service Reforms.
Mr. Barade has attended many courses, workshops and seminars within and outside Nigeria, which included: Certificate in Computer Studies in "Desktops Publishing" Lagos, 18th October, 1996, trainings on "Communications, Personal & Team Effectiveness", Workshops on "Image Communication in The Public Service". Held on 6th-10th March, 2008, Competency System, Workshop on "Change Management", World Bank Assisted Economic Reforms and Governance Project (ERGP) Workshop on "Train the Trainers" 14th --17th September, 2009, Trainings on "Leadership and Change Management, Work Ethics & Value Reorientation" from 3rd--6th November, 2010, Workshop on "Strengthening Communications Strategy In Public Sector Reform". Held in Abuja on 17th --20th October, 2011. He is married with children.

Mr. Oda Onda Edwin
Head, Corporate Services
Mr. Oda Onda Edwin was born in 2nd February, 1964 in Otunche, Oju LGA of Benue State. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA.) Degree in English/Linguistics 1992 and Master’s Degree (M.Sc.) in Peace Studies & Conflict Resolution 2014 from the prestigious University of Jos and National Open University Abuja, respectively. He became a Certified member of Institute of Manpower Development & Management in the year 2015.
He started work as Administrative Officer II and enjoyed a career progression to the Post of an Assistant Director, SGL.15. Mr. Oda Onda is a thourough-bred Civil Servant and has attended courses in Work-life Balance and Human Resources Management Skills and Techniques, both within and outside the Country. Currently, he is the Head of Corporate Services Department, in the Bureau of Public Service Reforms Abuja.
He is married and the marriage is blessed with Children.
