Following the retirement of Mr. Festus Oyaide, as Head of Strategic Communications Department (SCD) in the Bureau of Public Service Reforms (BPSR), Mrs. Florence Dibiaezue-Eke has resumed duties as the new Head of the Department.

Mr. Oyaide retired from the Civil Service having attained the mandatory age of 60 years in August, 2016.
The new Head of Department, until her deployment to the Bureau, has served in the Information Units of the Auditor-General for the Federation, Federal Ministry of Health, Federal Ministry of Agriculture, Federal Ministry of Labour and Productivity, among others.
Another new entrant into the Bureau is Mr. Dizzy M. Ukiri Director, Finance and Accounts Department. Though, he joined the BPSR about two months ago, he was deployed from the Federal Ministry of Power, Works and Housing.
Mr. D. M. Ukiri has come in with his wealth of experience garnered over the years and this will no doubt boost the out-put of the Bureau.
