BPSR, Educatial Sign MoU on Enhancing Public Service Efficiency

The Bureau of Public Service Reforms, BPSR, and Educatial, a distinguished Software-as-a-Service platform, on improving public service efficiency and effectiveness.

The event took place at the Bureau’s corporate office in Abuja, on Wednesday.

Speaking at the occasion, Mr. Dasuki Ibrahim Arabi, the Director General of BPSR, explained that the BPSR’s mission has always been clear: to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Nigeria’s public service through skill development.

“We understand that a well-equipped and highly skilled workforce is the backbone of any thriving nation. It is imperative for us to equip our public servants with the specialized knowledge and competencies required to not only meet but exceed the ever-evolving demands of the modern world.

“Educatial, with its comprehensive solution encompassing hardware, software, infrastructure, hosting, and support, shares our vision for a more capable and competitive public service. This partnership is not just about acquiring technology; it is about equipping our workforce with the tools and skills necessary to excel on the global stage. We look to Educatial to be a valuable partner in achieving this goal,” he said.

According to him, it is imperative that Educatial aligns with BPSR’s broader goals of improving public service efficiency and effectiveness.

“We look to Educatial not only as an educational resource but as a partner in our journey to transform and elevate the standards of our public service,” he said.

Mr. Ibrahim Arabi, said their Bureau anticipates that Educatial will deliver specialized courses that are tailored to the unique needs of Nigerian public servants.

“These courses should serve as catalysts for enhancing their skills, competencies, and professionalism. It is our firm belief that an investment in our workforce will, in turn, lead to an improved quality of government services, greater efficiency, and increased effectiveness in serving our citizens,” he said.

On his part, Muofunanya Francis Chizoba, the Founder of Educatial, said their organisation is a nextgeneration Educational Technology (EdTech) Software-as-a-Service
platform focused on transforming learning for students, educators,
and government in Africa.

He said that their platform will collaborate with BPSR to
incorporate Educatial’s tools into training programs for
government employees.

“Aligns with the bureau’s goals of improving public service
efficiency and effectiveness through skill development,” Mr. Chizoba said.
